Audisty Partnership Terms No Fine Print
How an Audisty partnership works.
Audisty isn't a traditional record label, and we don't pretend to be one. We're a creative and technical partnership for artists who want real infrastructure — without giving up ownership, exclusivity, or control.
What you keep.
- 100% of your masters. We never ask for ownership of your music.
- Your freedom. Every partnership with Audisty is non-exclusive — you're free to release with other labels, distributors, or partners at any time, alongside or outside of what we build together.
- Your name. You release as yourself. Audisty is a partner in the background, not a brand that absorbs your identity.
What we bring.
- A custom artist website — built and maintained by us
- A merch store, set up and ready to sell
- A link-in-bio page tailored to your releases
- Marketing support — content strategy, rollout planning, and social push for your releases
- Production and mixing support, where useful
How revenue works.
Instead of an upfront advance, Audisty takes a small percentage of streaming and distribution revenue tied to the releases we actively support — typically 10% (and the maximum percentage taken is 10%), agreed per project before anything goes live. No advance means no debt to us, and no ownership changes hands.
The terms, plainly.
- Time-boxed, not forever. Partnerships run for a set term (commonly 12 months) and renew only if both sides want to continue.
- Non-exclusive. You can work with anyone else, anytime, for anything.
- You can leave. If a partnership ends, you keep your masters, and we work out a fair handoff of any tools we built for you (like your website).
- Everything in writing. Every partnership is backed by a simple, plain-language agreement — no fine print, no surprises.
Who this is for.
Artists who want a real web presence, real marketing support, and a partner who's invested in their release doing well — without signing away ownership or locking themselves into one label for life.
